Sport-specific fitness conditioning (strength, cardio, endurance).

Location: Central Tech (Bathurst & Bloor St.)


INDOOR TRAINING

December 2025 to March 2026 (Monday Evenings)

Sport-specific fitness conditioning (strength, cardio, endurance). Personal goal-setting opportunities with your coach will also be scheduled.

Location: Higher Ground (Yonge & College St.)


PADDLE POOL TRAINING

March 2026 (Saturday Afternoons)

Paddling-specific training in an indoor pool environment.

Location: Afterburn Fitness (Scarborough)


DRAGON BOAT TRAINING

May to September 2026 (Tuesday & Thursday Evenings)

Dragon boat practices focused on skill development and race-day preparation.


Location: Sunnyside Paddling Club (Etobicoke)
